ORDERING YOUR WIG

Ordering Via The Web Site

* Select a wig.
* Click on the "Buy Now" Basket icon.
* Choose wig color, head size and if needed, include special instructions.
* Thoroughly read the Policy. Then click on the Agree button. If you Disagree, your order will not be completed and you will be directed to the Home Page.
* Fill out vital shipping information.
* Select type of shipping and credit card.
* Fill out payment information.
* Please print or save invoice for your records. If have included your e-mail address, a confirmation of your order will also be sent to your e-mail address. ^

Ordering by Mail / Phone

For mail orders:

* Select a wig.
* Click on the "Buy Now" Basket icon.
* Choose wig color, head size and if needed, include special instructions.
* Thoroughly read the Policy. Then click on the Agree button. If you Disagree, your order will not be completed and you will be directed to the Home Page.
* Fill out vital shipping information.
* Select type of shipping and print out.
* Add shipping fee to the total and mail your order to our company.

Method of payments: Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks (Sorry, NO PERSONAL CHECKS). For wire money transactions, call our office for further details.

Shipping & Delivery

MERCHANDISE WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED THE CARD HOLDERS BILLING ADDRESS. We understand the value of discretion, therefore our products are shipped in a plain cardboard box. Standard shipping orders are shipped in 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS (not including weekends and holidays). All standard shipping orders are shipped in the manner of how they are recieved. Please allow an additional 7 to 10 delivery days for International orders. Standard shipping charges for US and International orders will vary. Standard shipping orders start at $9.60 and Express orders $23.80. Shipping charges are determined by the destination and weight. Additional port charges may apply depending on the country. Express mail is not available for oversees International, APO’s, or Canada sales. Katour Line Designer Wig Collection offers express shipping via United States Postal Service. Please allow an extra 3-5 days for customized wig(s). Express shipping is not guaranteed for all areas of the United States. Express orders must be placed by 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time.) After 12:00p.m. the order will fall on the next business day. Express orders are shipped in 24 hours after order has been received if the order is placed before 12:00p.m.(processing time), after 12:00pm 48 hours. In the event that your express order is placed on a holiday or weekend, your order will be processed on the next business day. There are no express orders for custom-made, or specialty colored wigs. COD's are not accepted. All orders will be processed within 24 hours after the order has been received. ^

CARING FOR YOUR WIG

How To Style Your Wig After Unpacking

* After you receive your wig, shake it if it was flattened in the box.
* Use fingers only to reshape wig (with the exception of straight styles).
* Your wig is 100% Human Hair, therefore curling irons can be used if
desired. Controlled heating is advised.
* Be sure to keep your wig on a wig stand to maintain it's natural shape.
* Katour Line Wig Care Service is highly recommended for proper cleaning. ^

How To Put On Your Wig

* Braid or wrap hair. Hair must be flat as possible to avoid a lumpy appearance.
* Use a Fishnet Wig Cap to secure hair. Find the tag on the inside of the wig (that indicates the back).
* Place the wig on your head, make sure the tag is at the nape of the neck.
* Make sure the front of your wig is at your natural hairline. Find the two ear
tabs to straighten your wig. Tabs must be in front of the ears.
* If your wig does not fit properly, adjust the wig by placing the hooks
(located inside the wig at the nape of the neck) in the provided slots. For a extra
snug fit, hook the hooks together. ^

Storing Your Wig

Storing your wig properly aids in maintaining the natural shape of your wig. When your wig is not in use, secure the wig properly on a wig stand. Enclose the wig stand in a storage case, or a plastic covering away from sources of high heat, dust, and excessive humidity. When the wig appears to be soiled or has a musty odor, try the Katour Line Wig Care Service for cleaning and style revitalization. ^
