service Wig Store offering high fashion Human Hair Wigs
for women of color. Our professional team consist of skilled
and trained technicians specializing in the art of precision
cutting, styling and wig maintenance.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
Our entire staff focuses its efforts on one goal: your complete
and total satisfaction.
Our
hours of operation are: Monday through Thursday 10am to
5pm EST (our office is closed on all Federal Holidays).
If you have any questions or comments regarding our products
or services, representatives are available to answer your

For additional customer assistance, you are welcome to leave
any message that we can respond to via e-mail 24 hours a
day. E-mails responses are replied in the order that they
are received. Response time may vary (depending on e-mail volume).
Payment
Terms
Method of payments are; VISA, MasterCard, American
Express, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders (sorry, NO PERSONAL
CHECKS). Make Cashiers Checks and Money Orders payable to:
Katour Line Company or Katour Line Wigs. COD's are not accepted.
Merchandise over the amount of $800.00 must pay with a bank
cashiers check or money order.

Terms
Katour Line Designer Wig Collection asks that
you inspect all merchandise for any shipping errors on our
part upon the receipt of goods. Notification of any order
discrepancies must be made within 5 days from the date that
the merchandise was received. No Refunds, Exchange
Only.
Order
Cancellations
Orders must be cancelled 48 hours after the order has been
placed to receive a full refund. Orders canceled after 48
hours will receive a Katour Line Credit of the order total
amount to use towards a future purchase (no exceptions permitted).
Request must be in writing via e-mail or by phone. Be sure
to include your full name and order number along with your
submission. No cancellation is allowed for custom made and
all special orders once they are in production.
Shipping
MERCHANDISE WILL ONLY BE SENT TO BILLING ADDRESS. Standard shipping orders are shipped in 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS. Business days does not include weekends or holidays. Standard shipping orders are shipped in the manner of which they are received. All United States standard shipping orders will be shipped via US PRIORITY (when shipped). International orders please allow an additional 7 to 10 days for delivery. Custom/Specialty orders are shipped in an additional 3 to 5 business days to the Standard shipping. Standard shipping
charges for the United States start at $9.60, and Express
orders $23.80. Shipping prices are determined by the destination
and weight. Standard shipping charges for International
orders will vary. Additional port charges may apply to certain
countries (there is NO EXPRESS SHIPPING to International
Airmail, APO’s, or Canada). Our methods of express
shipments are United States Postal Service. Some Express orders may take
an additional 24 hours to receive depending on the city
and state location.
Express
orders must be placed by 12:00 p.m. EST (on a business day) to be shipped in 24 hours. Orders placed after 12:00p.m.,
will be processed on the next business day, and will be
shipped in 48 hours. In the event that the express order
is placed on a holiday or weekend, the order will be processed
on the next business day. Express orders are NOT available
for custom-made, or specialty colored wigs. All orders are
processed within 24 hours after the order has been received.
**Due
to high volume of orders, shipping time may vary. To check
on the status of your order, please e-mail us. Be sure to
include your full name and order number.
NOTE:
STANDARD SHIPPING ORDERS ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO BE SHIPPED ON A CERTAIN
DATE.
Damaged
Merchandise
In the event merchandise is received damage due
to shipping, contact your local postal facility,
fill out a damaged merchandise claim form, and request to
return the merchandise to our company at no cost. Contact
our office as soon as possible to let us know about the
damaged merchandise, so that we can document the claim in
our records. A replacement product will be shipped to you
when the damaged merchandise has been received.
Lost
Merchandise
On rare occasions, merchandise is lost in transit.
Katour Line Designer Wig Collection is not responsible for
any merchandise lost by the United States Postal Service. All shipped merchandise from our company will
require a delivery signature. No packages will be delivered
without a signature. If no one is home, a note will be left
stating that you have a package at the Postal Facility. If a request to waive the signature is made by the
customer, the customer will accept full responsibility for
the unsigned delivery. Lost, late or delayed deliveries
complaints should be addressed to the United States Postal
Service. Customer may request a tracking number
to trace any lost merchandise.
Returns
Returns will not be accepted unless it has been
preauthorized by Katour Line Designer Wig Collection within
5 days from receipt of goods. To receive a return authorization
number, contact our office. The number must be recorded
on the outside of the box by the shipping label. A copy
of the packing slip or invoice must accompany all returns,
with a note stating your exchange. The returned merchandise
must be contained in its original box and the tags must
be attached. The customer is responsible for the cost of
the returned merchandise, and Katour Line Designer Wig Collection
will pay for the return shipment back to the customer. It
is encouraged that all customers insure returned merchandise
for lost protection purposes. Katour Line Designer Wig Collection
will not be responsible for any exchange merchandise that
is lost in transit. Our company reserves all right to refuse
any exchanges if the wig(s) or product appears to be altered,
used or worn in any way.
Katour
Line Designer Wig Collection is not responsible for any
merchandise that is returned back to our company due to
an unclaimed condition. The re-shipment of any merchandise
will be at the consumer’s expense.
Merchandise
meeting the above criteria may be returned for exchange
only or Katour Line store credit (SORRY NO
REFUNDS). *UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL KATOUR LINE
BY KYM DESIGNER WIG COLLECTION ACCEPT RETURNS AFTER 15 DAYS
OF INVOICE.
Cancer/Hair
Loss Patients Discounts
Katour Line Designer Wig Collection offers a 15% discount
rate on all wigs, products and services to Cancer/Hair Loss
Patients. In order to receive the discount, the customer
must mail or fax us documentation from a doctor stating
the condition (must be on the physician letterhead, documents
will be verified). After the verification process, the customer
will receive the discount on each purchase thereafter.
Custom
Specialty Orders
Custom/Specialty orders are available upon request.
For wig design or color accuracy, a photograph of the request
must be submitted to our company (include daytime phone
number). The cost of the product will be determined after
the photograph has been received. Specialty colors are $20 per color application (see Specialty Color Chart). Due to the one of a kind
nature of a custom/specialty request, there are NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS with these products.
Custom
Lace Front Wig Units
Customized
Lace Front wigs can be requested on a custom order bases.
To place an order, you can mail, e-mail or call for an information
package. Be sure to include your name, address, daytime
phone number as well as an alternate number (if you are
sending an e-mail or mail) for a timely response. Step by
step instructions will be given to you in the package on
how to place your order (along with an order form). The
following information will be needed: Hair color sample
or photograph (for accurate color duplication), head size
(see wig size info) and a clear photograph of the desired
wig style and texture or you can pull a wig style creation
from our collection. Upon receiving the necessary information,
a representative will contact you to finalize your order.
Prices per unit will range from $550 & up. The total
of the purchase will be determined by length, texture and
wig style (units may also be purchased un-styled). If your
finances do not accommodate the cost of the wig, don’t
worry. Our Katour Line Lace Front Payment Plan will provide
financial assistance to those in need. A minimum payment
of $300 is required to enroll. Payments may be made weekly,
bi-weekly or at your lecture until the balance is paid in
full. The balance must be paid no later then 60 days from
the deposit processing date. We will begin processing your
custom made request when the total balance is at a zero
balance. Unpaid balances or monies received are non-refundable.
Due to the one of a kind nature of your wig request, WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on Lace Front Units. To
cancel an order, customized orders must be canceled no later
then 48 hours after the order is placed to receive a full
refund. Order cancellation must be in writing via e-mail
or by phone. Be sure to include your full name and order
number along with your submission. Order cancellations will
not be approved after 48 hours of the order date, no exceptions.
Shipping
time frame for up front payments will take approximately
4 to 6 weeks (business days) to custom make (some make take longer
depending on the request), and 3-4 days to receive the order
when it is shipped. Customers outside of the United States,
shipping delivery will vary.

Wig
Care
Wig styles are not permanently set unless noted
(*). Avoid any moisture. Basic wig styles are specially
cleaned, conditioned and reset for $25.00 plus shipping
& handling,
curly styles $35.00 (plus S&H).
To
send in your wig in to be cleaned, you must include the
name of the wig style and your daytime number. Attention
all cleanings to: Wig Care Service. Depending on the volume,
Wig Care Service shipping is approximately 7 business days
after wig has been received. Katour Line Wig Care Service
is only available to Katour Line customers and wig products.
Back
Orders
If your order is out of stock at the time that you place
your order, you will be notified for an alternate color
or wig choice. On occasions, merchandise is in stock at
the time that the order is placed, but is not in stock at
the time of shipping. In this case, your order can be delayed.
Contact our office if your order has not been received in
a timely manner to check on the status.
Delayed
Orders
Keep
in mind that the order form must be properly completed.
If there is an error in your order, there will be a delay
in shipping. Do not forget to:
* Include the color and head size of the wig.
* Double check your credit card account number and expiration
date.
* Put cardholders name and billing address (we DO NOT ship
to an alternate address) on the order form.
* Allow an additional 3 to 5 days (to the standard shipping)
for custom orders.

SHOOTS, EDITORIAL OR ANY FORM OF PROMOTION FOR ANY HAIR
SALON, HAIR STYLISTS, COMPANY OR ORGANIZATION UNLESS YOU
HAVE RECEIVED PERMISSION FROM KATOUR LINE DESIGNER WIG COLLECTION.
FAILURE TO CONTACT KATOUR LINE WIGS BEFORE SUCH ATTEMPT
WILL RESULT IN THE PROPER LEGAL ACTIONS. KATOUR LINE DESIGNER
WIG COLLECTION RESERVES THE RIGHT DENY ANY PROMOTIONAL DISTRIBUTION
OF KATOUR LINE WIGS, UNLESS IT IS UNDER A CONTRACT AGREEMENT
WITH KATOUR LINE DESIGNER WIG COLLECTION AS SOLE OWNER AND
DESIGNER OF THE PRODUCT. |
